Goyor Signs Strategic Agreement to Establish National Headquarters in Xiaoshan Economic Development Zone
March 27, 2026 — Guoyue New Materials (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. officially signed an Investment & Admission Agreement with the State-Owned Holding Group of Xiaoshan Economic Development Zone (a national-level development zone in Hangzhou, China).
Under the agreement, Goyor will establish its National Headquarters at Information Port Phase VII to accelerate the commercialization and industrial-scale application of advanced graphene and new energy materials.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by key local government leaders and executive representatives from both parties.
